About the Nucleofill range

The Nucleofill range of Eyes (formerly Soft Plus), 20 (formerly Medium), Medium Plus and Strong Plus products by Promoitalia represents a regenerative approach to treatments with a single key active ingredient. Each product in the Nucleofill range is intended for its own facial or scalp application, and each contains its own specific concentration of polymerised polynucleotides. These are powerful free radical fighters that help stimulate fibroblast growth in the epidermis and dermis, as well as hair density in the scalp region. Polynucleotides also possesses strong hydrophilic properties that act as magnets for water molecules, encouraging them to bind to and hydrate the skin. In all, the Nucleofill range can help restore some of the key characteristics of a youthful appearance that are otherwise lost with age.

Administration – hair treatment:

1. Superficial mesotherapy micro-applications into the scalp, 0.5ml per point, evenly distributed;
2. Frequency: 2 sessions, one week apart, followed by 2 sessions two weeks apart
3. Maintenance: 1 session every 2 months.

Administration – skin treatment:

1. Bolus applications into the skin (BAP – bioaesthetic points technique), five points on each side of the face, up to 1.5ml per point;
2. Frequency: 2-4 sessions spaced two weeks apart
3. Maintenance: 1 session every 3-6 months.

One sterile 1.5ml Nucleofill 20 product covers one individual treatment application.

Results: after the initial treatment and within 5-7 days of application, the skin will look brighter and more rejuvenated. Thereafter, it takes a few weeks for the full effects of the biostimulation process to be realised. This may take longer in the case of Nucleofill hair treatments. The regenerative process continues after the completion of each treatment, ultimately helping to regenerate skin and hair density, with long-lasting improvements visible after a full treatment course is realised.
